hi! doing craft is also my passion. I found out in a website that could help you to make waste papers into something very useful and you can earn from it as well. The website is paperalice.com. You may recycle old letter envelopes, newspapers, used bond papers etc. right from your home. Try to click the website.

The website is quite interesting but it doesn't appear to have anything you can reuse newspapers and things. Well anyways there's no free patterns in it. I would have little use of this website. Since they pretty much offer classes and kits. But you do learn how to make different types of paper or so it looks like. And still may gain someones interest. Myself I was hopeful to find something to use old magazines. I have far too many that I just keep around.

That is a really great idea!! I am a crafter too. I often make cards using scrapbooking paper and cardstock. I often have scraps that are too small to do anything else with! I will check out this site. Thanks again for sharing it. :-)

I've read a very cool tutorial on how to make seed paper. It's fun and really easy. You just blend old scraps of paper with water until they turn into mush and then gently stir in with a wooden spoon the seeds that you want... Shape it how you like and let it dry for about a day. You can make cool cards from it, and if you water it for a few days or plant it in the ground it will grow :) I've made some cards like this as birthday gift and my friend planted them about a week after I've made them and they still grew.
