People tend to eat or drink a lot. Too much may harm our bodies. Too much eating oily foods may cause high level of cholesterol, too much sweets may trigger diabetes, too much salts may damage our kidney. People must eat in moderation, we are what we eat. We are the one responsible to our health.

Hi shelo2010, you have just hit the nail on the head! Yes, we should always eat in moderation, not too much and not too little. Besides the health hazards that you mentioned, obesity is another common problem in modern society. We should just stick to the W.H.O. recommendations for our diet intake. Exercise, plenty of rest, besides going on a balanced diet, are mandatory for strong, healthy body and mind.
