Things that haunt you

I would like to hear from anyone who is haunted by anything, ghost, feelings actions from the past whatever the haunt, i'd like to hear it.

I mean mostly just bad memories or events that happened to me. After we have lived for a while, we become conditioned by the events that have happened to us and how they turned out. We reinforce certain negative attributes we have by believing them and thinking that certain events make them true.
Sometimes I'll think of something that happened in the past or how I felt and it will keep me up at night.
I need to let go, but its hard.

When I was a baby, I was watched over by an Indian spirit. Not a spirit from India - I mean Native American. My mom was terrified of it. It never hurt me though. It would shut the window and cover me up so I wouldn't get cold. My mom never told me about it... and then when I was about nine I asked her who the man was and she asked, "What man?" I said the Indian man with two braids, blue jeans and a flannel shirt. She about passed out. She told me the story about it then. She said it had glowing read eyes though. She was so freaked out by it that she moved. It stayed there with the people who moved into the place after we moved out. It even followed them when they moved.

thank you for sharing that detailed haunt although i'm not so sure it's a haunt as much a guide or spirit protector. The fact that it moved on with the next tenants may mean someone in that krall need him more.
