My baby girl is only 6 1/2 months. My two older girls were late with everything but turned out perfect. My little girl cut her first tooth yesterday morning. I was so excited and just kept telling Dakota all about it. Then this evening at 7:15pm I had her lying on her sisters floor on her back playing while I did one of her sisters hair. I happened to look over and she was just about on her stomach. She rolled over twice tonight!! I cant believe how quickly she is progressing. My two older girls didnt roll over until about 8 months and didnt cut their first tooth until 8 months. Also when I saw her flip to her stomach she is trying even harder now to crawl then she did just last week before she couldnt crawl! This is just so different for me.

Congratulations to your baby girl on getting her first tooth. My oldest son got his first tooth at six months old. My youngest son got his first tooth at four months. My baby daughter is six and a half months old, the same age as your daughter. She hasn't got her first tooth yet. She learned to roll over at four and a half months old. She is almost able to sit up unaided. She really wants to be able to crawl and it won't be long before she does that I think. Yes, every baby is different. Good luck with your baby daughter's development.

How each child is do different. My oldest son didnt' walk until after 1 and barely crawled he was around 7 months with his first tooth and didn't really talk much until 2 1/2.
My 2nd a girl didn't have any teeth until 1, she was crawling at 6 months, and is talking and 1 1/2.
they are so different and have done every milestone at completely different times. both are healthy and normal though.
Actually my son is 4 now and his preschool teacher said he has one of the largest vocabularies in the class. I couldn't believe this from the kid I couldn't get to talk until 2 1/2.
