After Michael Jackson'sstate was settled, i heard that Michael had it written in his will for the copy rights to return to Paul. Who sold the rights to Michael during ebony and ivory. Anyone have information on this? Paul is now touring again, and Ringo has debuted his bands new album which is supposed to be about Rngos childhood, and meeting the Beatles.

They had a fallout as Paul McCartney had a tantrum about Michael Jackson buying the rights after he had told Michael that music copyright would be a good investment.

No they were property owned by Michael Jackson, and as a result they are considered assets of Michael Jackson's estate. At some point in time the executer of his estate could sell, but for now they will remain part of his estate until all his former debts are paid and all legal issues are settled in that regard. Then whatever is left will be up to I believe his mother (who is executer) to do with what she wants.
