yep you heard me right. We are having a spam cook off at our church next month. This month is spaghetti, last month was chili (I got third, not bad). But now I have to come up with THE BEST Spam recipe. Something original but good. Any ideas???

Hi laglen.. I don't know if this is a good spam recipe but I usually use it for korean-style makki. The fillings for the makki include: spam strips, pickled radish strips, carrot strips, cucumber strips, scrambled egg strips. Yum!!!

Take the tin of SPAM. Do not open it. Open dumpster lid and drop the SPAM into it. How can you eat that stuff! There should be a Government health warning on it. "Made from all the parts of the pig that you don't even like to think about and then formed into something especially disgusting". Have a steak cook out instead! LOL! Thanks for the opportunity to rant against my least favourite "meat".
