Fast PTR is it legit?

I just joined Fast PTR but i dont know if its legit and paying.I just received 20+ emails today and clicked them all allthough some where just for points... Is anyone doing click at this site?

Yes I am also a member of that site but I stopped. I even forgot the site not until you mentioned it here.
