have you ever experiece having a fatty liver?

i was diagnosed having a fatty liver last year i feel scared although fatty liver is not a kind of desease but because of the liver itself was involve im very scared..i tried to avoid fatty foods and eat healthy ..do you know any natural foods that good in fatty liver? pls share

natural foods good in fatty liver were, apple, pink grapefruits or orange, vegetables, green tea in the morning before eating your breakfast. eat more vegetables and fruits. avoid eating preservative foods, spicy foods, fatty foods. if possible don't eat animal meat as an alternative eat beans like beans, kidney beans.
Most of all have an exercise daily at least 30 minutes a day.

according to my research regarding fatty liver, all you have to do is just eat natural foods especially vegetables. Avoid eating spicy foods, preservative foods, fatty foods, avoid eating animal meats instead try to eat beans like kidney beans and others. fruits also can you help a lot like orange or pink grapefruits, apples, pineapples. You have to do exercises everyday. I do some research regarding this because my younger sister is also have a fatty liver. God bless

One of my colleagues' father was said to have the same case and it is said that one who is diagnosed with fatty liver is supposed not to eat too much food that contains fat. I think that vegetables are very healthy food for us all, marketing friend. Take care.

Hi there. My husband was also diagnosed with
fatty liver last year. There is nothing really to
do but to avoid fatty food since that is also the
main cause of it. Eating healthy is the best thing
to do to avoid putting fat into your system.

i have not got this problem,in my opinion, it is because of eat much more fat food and those food couldn't digested all by body, so i think in this case,having a healthy diet food and do exercise every day,and also insist on day by day,it would be better.good luck and have a nice day!
