When we are under stress, our body is restless and both our hearts and minds are very much alive and active. This is the reason why we cannot sleep in the evening and even up to the next morning. The causes of stress are plenty, too. It is important that in this kind of situation we should learn how to relax even if we are so much burdened with problems. The inhale-exhale exercise is very much effective and very much helpful. So with prayer and meditation, too. We have different styles in overcoming stress but these are just the basics. It is also important that we think positive because negative thinking can induce more stress in us. Stress can be manageable if only we know how to handle it.

I cannot agree with you more. Most of the insomnia is because of stress. Because of stress, when we lie in the bed, the stress will obsess our mind and prohibit us from falling asleep. With the stress, our mind is active and keeps think a lot. So we should relieve stress if we want to get rid of insomnia.

Totally agree. I notice that before i couldn't sleep because i need money and didn't find a way to earn it so i couldn't sleep and always thinking and thinking about a solution and i was afraid of "What happen if i couldn't find this money?", i was very stressed! Now, i find a job and earn some little money on the Internet, so with the money of the job and my fatigue after doing the job, i sleep like a baby all nights!

Ghee! Is that right? Huh! I take a sedative and still can't sleep sometimes. Is the stress really that bad? Hehehe And relaxing. That is nice. Now the inhale-exhale thing is what they have you do for the hiccups too isn't it? Like into a paper bag? You need to come live my life for a month or two and see how your stress is after that. Come on down! See if you aren't ready for the home for the very, very, very nervous after a visit.
