I wonder whether there are somebody can earn enough to make ends meet by starting or responding discussions here. I guess it would be impossible for me. 1 cent for a response and 5 cents for a starting, it's really quiet a bit. I'm able to send 5 posts one day at most. As it is, it would cost me 200 days to earn $10 minimum requirement for paying. In comparison with the monthly family expense which exceeds $360, the earning seems negligible. what about you my friends?

I think there is no way for me to earn enough money to make ends meet here. And it's strange that up till now I earn none from myLot, though it has counted that I have over 80 posts. Does anyone know why?

Are you sure, that you have not earned anything even after 89 posts.Just check up on the top. It has to be certainly there. Otherwise send a letter to mylot or better send a complaint to Alice.

Are you serious, who gave you the information, that you are getting 5 cents for starting a discussion, and 1cent for a response. Nobody knows how the earnings are calculated. Some people have asked whether they can make $1 a day from mylot. My answer is certainly not. This forum is not for making money, but for exchanging ideas and helping others.

I think it's pretty much impossible to make ends meets just by starting and responding to discussions here on mylot. I think most people are here just to earn some extra cash and I'm sure some of us aren't even here to earn money, but just to have fun and interesting conversations. :) If you seek to earn big money online, mylot isn't the place to be, but it is a great place to hang out and earn a little money every month!

Seriously, zfdavid006, I don't think any myLotters will boldly make the claim that the his/her earnings from myLot ALONE is sufficient to earn a living. To many of us, working online, for example, writing in myLot, is merely a part-time job, and the money earned is merely used to supplement what we got from our daily full-time jobs. However, I do believe there are people out there who made it and are solely living off their online incomes. This, to me, is something worthy of pursuit.
