How often do you bathe your pet?

We have two dogs at home. My father bathe them twice the least in a week. Our male dog is more smelly than our female dog, actually sometimes she doesnt smell bad at all. But for their personal hygiene purposes since they stay inside our house they need to take a bath. I know someone before that used our company car with her dog and leave stinky smell in the car. And she doesnt even bother to clean it, such a inconsiderate person she is.

We have a female dog, and we bathe her only once or sometimes twice in a week when she's really dirty. She just stays inside our house and doesn't smell bad either. I've read online that dogs should be bathed only once or twice a month, but it's our vet that advised us the bathing schedule. Bathing them many times would lead to hair fall.

it will also result to removal of dog's skin oil that protect them from heat and cold when they are frequently bathe.

My dad bathe our dog only ones in a week. Our dog is a very big german shepherd and we are all afraid of him except for my dad. My dad is always away and he's only at home on Fridays so he gets to bathe the dog just once in a week cause its the only time he is available. We dont want to take the responsibility of bathing the dog since we are scared he is going to get wild and hurt us.

At present we don't have a dog but some time ago when we had two dogs we used to give them a bath every Sunday without fail. As you wrote even our dogs used to stay indoors so it is necessary they be kept clean.

Once a week if I feel doing it. And once a month if not..lols
But our dogs are house dogs and they seldom go outside.
That why they are clean. Only smell like food.

We have five dogs and we bathe them once or twice a week. They say that bathing pets too often can lead to hair fall. I just don't know if that is true.Besides, it's not very easy to bathe five dogs because it's too time consuming and they are quite heavy! lol.
