Great achievement for GAUTAM GAMBHIR, with 5 consecutive 100 in test match!

I really feel India have a very good asset in test cricket in the form of Gautham Gambir. His is a class of his own. Very calm and composed opener and his century has proved his consistency in this form of the game. Its a great feeling to the nation to have such a class batsman. One more and he gets into Bradman's record century's. He has matured a lot over the years and is now a role model for all the youngsters who wants to open. he is no doubt the mr consistent of indian cricket at the moment......one more century and he will join sir don bradman at the top of the list by getting 6 centuries in consequitive test matches..... the way he plays the balance he has while playing normal shorts as well as walking down the track hayden style and playing.....he is one of the few players apart from dhoni yuvraj and shewag who has the capability to play all the three forms of cricket he has matured immensely in the last few years as a cricketer and now is an asset to indian cricket

Fantastic achievement from Gauti. What is even better is the fact that most of these hundreds have been in the second innings of a match where most often Indian batsmen tend to fail. Even the greats such as Gavaskar, Dravid, Tendulkar all have not had this kind of a consistent run. I just hope he equals Bradman's record in the next match. Cheers! Ram

Yes it is good to see him scoring runs in tests and giving good starts to India and making sure that INDIA reaches a good score in the end.He has hit eight hundreds in the last ten tests and five of those have now come in a succession.He is the only Indian to have scored five in a row and only the fourth international, after Don Bradman, Jacques Kallis and Mohammad yousuf to do so.It is now up to him to break the record for the most consecutive centuries which is set by Don Bradman.It is six hundreds,He have to play 2 tests and make 2 more hundreds in succession then he will break the record.Good luck to him and make India proud in this way.

Really India got a great batsmen in the form gautam gambhir.He is batting good very good in all forms of the cricket and will make good records in international cricket i love to see him making record in second test match scoring hundred in that match to became the first player to score 6th consecutive test hundred.
