An enigma called Happiness

I have always termed happiness as inner satisfaction.When you feel you don't have any regrets in life-things like family and health are pretty much a given-there is a sense of inner satisfaction. You are basically always competing. Happiness is a lot like success and achievement.When you are competing just with yourself and when you have done all you can,there is a feeling of inner satisfaction. And its is a feeling i get when i listen to good music and just start to remember the past...this feeling is happiness for me. It doesn't come with money or fame...What i think is We should live the life in Style...Just Let It Rock
