any new quick and easy recipes for young children?

my son is four years old and he is a very picky eater.. im always trying to find new ideas to pack in his school lunch but all of my ideas he seems to turn down.. are there any quick and easy recipes frm you cooks out there that i am able to pack inside a school lunch.. posting any ideas would help!!

Well what does he like to eat? If you can give me an idea of
some of the things he likes I can try to see what would be quick and easy for you
to make for him.
