Hi Kbrk These days, the best way to go, of course, is with a college education of some sort. The next best way, depending on your current skills and interests, is to find a job where there is a high chance of being able to advance yourself. I am not sure what is available where you are. Another alternative some turn to is service in the military, which often offers a free education with your military training. Karen
