Nowadays,a hot topic arouses a lot of cussion among people.Should we offer seats to elderly people on the bus during rush hours? Some people think offering your seat to seomone in need is always the right thing, while others disagree.
People who are against offering seats to the elderly during rush hours also have a lot of reasons. For example, they think the young are already very tired after a full day's work and the old have already enjoyed bbenefits, such as free ride.In my view point,we should always offer our seats to the needy no matter it is rush hours or not. We will grow old and the weak,so we need to keep the good tradition of taking care of the old and the weak. For one day,we ourselves will benefit from the pratice. At same time, the elderly should be more considerate towards the young .They should avoid taking buses in rush hours if possible.
Every person is a part of our society ,and we need to love each other and take care of each other ,young or old.In this way, many social problems are no longer problems, and we will enjoy our life much more.
What about you? What do you think of the question?

We must have to,this elderly people needs care and attention..their physical capability is not like we have...they are sensitive to injuries and making them stand on a bus for long time might causes them some trouble.
As a part of good mannerism i believe that the young people should offer seats for those elderly individuals who where riding in the buses, if there are no seat that are available.
We must also think about the future that we will be also getting older and like them we will be facing the same scenario in the future. It is a matter of respect to them as old citizens in our community.

I believe that we should indeed offer our seats to the elderly even during rush hours. Because it's simply generous. We don't need the seat, we are young and can stand. Plus, when you are elderly, would you want someone to be sitting in a seat that's young and healthy while you suffer standing in the aisle with hip arthritis? Didn't think so... lol

I usually give up my seat to the elderly regardless but if I am like really exhausted or in pain then I will first see if anyone else is going to give up their seat first. The elders that board the bus usually sit in the front anyway. A lot of times though I end up standing up because some young punk had no type of home training and would rather have the elder standing.
