Kegs of Bell's Hopslam

Does anyone know if there are kegs of Bell's Hopslam available to be purchased by regular people or if they are all taken by bars, since it is only available for a couple months out of the year. Last year demand was really high seeing that whenever I went to purchase a six pack, I was told that people would just by the beer by the case when it arrived.
