Do these things really matter Sanjana? I don’t think so, in fact our parents or even before them, couples were never so expressive with each other yet those marriages lasted a lifetime yet nowadays with so many poems and gifts, relationships hardly stay put! I think all these messages and poetry and gifts and cards distract us from the real meaning of love and relation…rather they become a standard by themselves thru which we try and measure the extent of our love…whereas love actually is unfathomable! You know, love is sometimes compared to God coz just like God, love cannot be measured, cannot be seen, cannot be constricted to material possessions…love can only be felt, love is a belief, a commitment.

hi sudip ..
our parents time was totally different dear .. for them
- they were mostly match made by parents
- during that time there were not many seductive, beautiful young girls, slim and some sexy too at working places
- todays woman/man ~ they dont keep away from married man/woman because it is the treand, they like u they get u
- Divorce ~ last time it was a taboo .. now it is so common
even though i trust my man ... i dont trust those young chicks out there
Lets rationalise about God - for muslims they pray to god 5 times a day, for hindus a minimum of 2 times a day ..and at times, we call god before our meal, before a bath, before sleeping, beforce starting our car ...
mostly people forget to have "fun" with their loved ones because they take most things as granted .. like our parents did .. husband back from work, give a cup of coffe, prepare dinner ... not many parents actually enjoyed the fun of love ~ they were just perfroming their duty as partners, parents and family ...
cheers
we just constantly keep reminding our partner ... "honey. u are married, remember me"
