major decisions...

carreer path? of course its major. something that has to be planned long before. I've just quit my job. The reason? I felt like Ive gotta be somewhere else somewhere totally different from what I was trained to do back in college. I've always felt like that even while I was studying but I didn't have the guts to change the plans my parents have for me. But now I have and it felt really good.
My OWN plans are concrete but people may think its far fetched. mom is one of the naysayers. Pop has always been supportive but I cant depend on him no more. Its time for me to go independently from now on and I'm excited about this whole thing as well as scared but God keeps me going. I believe that this dream I have is the little seed HE planted inside my heart and I just can't neglect it for it's still alive.

It is always better to follow what is in your heart for it will keep you happy. There will be ditches on the road of your choice, the trick is to plod on and not listen to negative comments. Whatever one pursues of the heart is difficult but in the end reaps such beautiful fruit. Remember you have two choices one to choose the well beaten path or walk down the on trodden by few.
