Hi myLotters!
This discussion is about sweaters. I don't know how to knit yet but I'm learning because I really want to make sweaters. I have a little sweater obsession. I love the ones with classic "ski" style prints. I even love the holiday kinds. lol Giant baggy ones, sweater dress, cropped ones - although I always wear them with something over my midriff - I think it look silly the other way. Like, is it cold out or not. lol
(Plus I'm modest like that)
So, do you love sweaters? Have a favorite one or brand?

I dun have any sweaters, because the weather over at our side, does not permit us to be wearing any at all.. hehe ^_^
It's way too hot here, and the coldest we have here, will be only rain, but never snow.. I like the warmth of sweater, especially in cold countries.. hehe ^_^ PLus, some sweaters do really look nice and cool, or it's really heart warming to be receiving one, which is being knitted by our special ones ^_^

I like them well enough, if I am someplace where it is cool. I like cardigan types that I can take off if I need to, cause I hate to be too hot. I seem to never get rid of anything, so I have several. I even have one or two I crocheted around twenty years ago. One for sure is a tunic length, and I am not thin enough to wear it right now. I have never learned to knit, but I think I would like to. I have seen some sweaters that have short sleeves and I think I would wear those even more.

I don't have a favorite brand, I just love the really soft ones that aren't itchy, preferable purple.

In India we do not need sweaters as much as those in the West need them. I do have sweaters a couple or two specially when I go on holidays to the West or North India. My trip to the United States saw me with a full gear mittens, balaclava, thermal wear, a cap and ofcourse a polo neck sweater which was woven with heavy wool which I ofcourse I bought as I have no patience to knit although I know how to.
