No. It counts in Malaysia as USA dollar. In MyLot it is counted as only 100 cents in US. I think there is no difference with Malaysia USA dollar.(How's the joke) Any where USA dollar is USA dollar.

Yes, I think so. I think that mylot is a US based company. But you can ask them if you want to make sure.
