you will need to verify your bank account with paypal then it doesn't matter how much is in there they will transfer your funds to your bank account. There are also places you can buy things that will accept paypal. The best reason I think in using it is the fact that you don't have to give someone your credit card number out over the internet when you purchase an item. Another thing I like is if you dispute a charge paypal is much better then your bank at investigating it and getting your money back for you. So to me paypal is wonderful!!

If you're from the Philippines then get Eon debit card from unionbank. because you can automatically transfer you money from Paypal to the card. In addition to that, if you already have the Eon debit card, you can register your card to their website so that you can view all your transaction on the internet.
