Why do people get nervous when attending their job interview?.

Are you one of the people who gets nervous on your job interview?. I experience getting nervous before my interview, but while on interview, I was calm and confident. I don't know why people gets nervous before interview. I think because of fear of rejection. What do you think?.

it is daft to get nervous as you will either get the job or won't and if you don't nothing bad will happen to you as you just don't get the job you don't lose the job as you never had the job in the firstplace.The interview just gives you a chance of getting the job you might as well do your best and hope for the best.

Most of ppl are just worried about whether the man interviewing him will ask him sth that is unfamiliar. I think it's the root resulting his anxiety before an upcoming interview.

I was. I always get nervous on job interview. That's why I failed in job interview mostly. I get nervous because I was not confident and make a big hope. I hope they would accepted me and gave me a job. Finally I got a job. I did it with confident without hoping. You know, nothing to lose! And I don't nervous anymore.

Maybe, for me I get nervouse because on my mind I am thinking if what they think of me, if they like me or not, if I made a mistake or if I made them impress.. However, Sometimes.. I am thinking to get way at my nervousness.. for the good.
