Inch or Size?

What matters most to you, is it the Inch or the size? are they the same or not? Its up to you on what particular matter or thing you would want to discuss, using the question of size or inch.

Whether it be the size or inch, it is in a case to case basis.
In buying dresses, at times they use sizes as to small, medium, large and the like. As to pants and skirts, 28, 29 or 30 inches would be asked in terms or waist line.
