be a couch potato for a month and have a sedentary life like watching TV and eat a lot of food. do not exercise i am very sure you'll get fat in less than a month. but that is an unusual problem, everybody's trying to loose weight and you are trying to get fat

I would suggest trying to gain muscle weight. If you just eat fatty foods, you will gain fat and will just become unhealthy. I have a brother that is having a lot of trouble gaining weight. The doctors are having my parents put a powder on his food and in his milk that adds about fifty extra calories to whatever you add it to. Try adding healthy calories to your diet and try to stay to a 2000 calorie diet. Foods like meats, nuts, beans, eggs, wheat bread. Be careful to only add healthy food though because like I said, you will just gain fat. Weight training can be very healthy too. You don't have to lift extreme amounts and get huge muscles, but use about ten to fifteen pounds and try to gain muscle mass. Hope this helps you out.

I feel jealous of you I'm the opposite of you I want to lose weight. I easily gain weight and it is hard for me to lose weight. I suggest eat a lots of carbohydrates, protein and exercise. Exercise can boost your appettite so it makes you hungry all the time. I had a friend who is so skinny before but now he gained so much weight.

I also want to gain weight and so I am trying to do a lot of possible ways to achieve it. I have been eating a lot of food frequently, especially those that are high in protein and carbohydrates. I also drink full cream and chocolate milk. I even take multivitamins to increase more my appetite. There is also one special milk that is being sold in the market which contains high amount of protein and is intended for people who want to gain weight. i want to try it but the thing is it is very expensive for me.
