Well a world with no religion would of pretty much stopped about maybe 75% of all battles/conflicts/war/arguments/hatred of all time.
There would be a population increase I am sure cause all those priests and junk would be able to have kids. Also with priests there would be less kids molested because you dont just go to some unknown persons house for fun.
For some people they would have a differnt drive. They wouldnt drive to be a better moral person they might try to drive to be a better overall person. I most likely would be slightly different on this part. Wouldnt have to feel uncomfortable in some churches.

I agree with you, with no religion the world wouldnt have all the violence we all see today, like terriost killing in the name of god, or conflicts like the Israel and Jerusalem Argumment.
I can just imagine right now what it would all be like but some people may be lost, maybe at times when people are lost they would have no one to turn to except to god, but if religion didnt exist then god may also not exist.
