Tooth paste ro remove scratches on the CDs. / myLot

The toothpaste we use everyday is a gentle abrasive.Gently rub the paste using a cotton swab into the scratches of your CD's which you left as useless,rub till the scratches disappear.Rinse with water and allow it to dry.Your CD is now as good as new one. I have tried this and it really works....so thought to share it with you all...Please try it !!!!!!

Hi, sonaimajumdar. What a great idea! I have CDS that have many scratches and I would love to use something that will get rid of these scratches so that I can listen to my music again. What kind of toothpaste do you use to remove the scratches?

Great idea as I practically did it and all the scratches gone forever. Where did you get such a great idea and thanks a lot in sharing it. I think I am lucky to be a member here at MyLot because many useful information is being shared all the time.
