Beck: "This One Could End With a Dead Intern!"

Did anyone happen to catch Senator-Elect Scott Brown's acceptance speech the other night when he seemed to be soliciting dates for his two daughters?
“...for anyone watching around the country, they’re both available.” As the daughters’ jaws dropped, Brown assured the crowd that he was kidding. “Arianna’s definitely not available,” he said. “But Ayla is!”
The daughters were both understandably mortified and his wife colded him to "Stop!"
Believe it or not, I think Glenn Beck's reaction was considrably worse than Brown's gaffe. Beck called Brown "creepy" and said, "I want a chastity belt on this man. I want his every move watched in Washington. This could end with a dead intern!"
You can see (I HOPE!) both videos at the link below. Any thoughts?

He was trying to be funny....instead he came off as wierd. His speech was also wayyyy too long.
Hopefully he is better at writting and voting on bills than he is at speech writing.

I didn't listen to/watch his whole speech but I know there were comments that it was VERY long, someone said "Bill Clinton long". I kind of doubt that he writes his own speeches but maybe for his acceptance he didn't have a prepared speech.
I've been hearing that he's actually pretty liberal for a Republican, including being pro-choice. He's moderate for Massachusetts but if he were to be compared to a conservative from Texas he'd be considered a liberal.

Ya he is kind of Bill Clinton long on his speeches....or at least this one he was.
As for him being "liberal" or not....heck I don't consider myself a Republican or a Democrat...but I am conservative...but I believe in pro choice (on just about everything), and I believe in same $ex marriage. I guess I am a social liberal and a fiscal conservative.
Who knows. I just hope now that he is in office that he does right by the people of his state.

It was so long because his supporters interrupted every other word with shouts and applause. My guess is he hasn't been in front of a camera much before his campaign and will get better with it in time.

OMG, isn't that the creep calling the creepy black?? LOL I can't believe I have lived to see a day that I would agree with Beck. He said something about his wife having him in little pieces today, that would also be me. But, I'm rather shocked that Beck is married and someone also bred with that freak!

I watched Brown's gaffe the night he made it but I thought it was obviously he was joking and wife wife and daughters reaction was typical of girls reacting when (any) Dad makes these kind of remarks. Kind of similar to Dad show showing a new boyfriend baby pictures of his daughter.
Beck is an imbecile and I pay no attention to anything that idiot says.

Here's another thing we agree on - that Beck is an imbecile and an idiot! By the way, I agree it was obvious Brown was joking and I don't think it's an indication of anything bad about him, other than that he's like all parents in that he has the ability to embarrass his kids!

Sigh.....well...it was good while it lasted...lol.
I think Beck's reaction, though a bit alarmist...was one of shock and concern though. I don't think it was worse, just a bit.."Beckish". He's a father though and upon hearing brown's words, as a father myself, that was kinda the same thought i had. Either the guy (brown) has incredibly poor taste in humor....or he has some major issues...not sure either boads well.

It is really wired when I heard it I laughed, this is certainly not what someone says during his acceptance speech but I believe him when he said he was joking. He simply ran out of jokes
