Is Conan O'Brien Getting Paid 40 Million Dollars To Walk Away.

Conan O'Brien wasn't treated well personally as far as deciding to replace his show with Jay Leno coming back at the 11:30 time slot, but Conan O'Brien is getting paid $40 Million just to walk away from NBC so he really didn't have a bad option at all. From a business point of view I understand the move of NBC as O'Brien just wasn't getting the ratings. I liked watching O'Briens show when he use to come on after Leno but I admit I didn't watch him when he replaced Leno at the 11:30 time slot. I personally didn't think he could get enough ratings at the 11:30 time slot when he was getting ready to replace Leno. Still I liked to watch Conan O'brien more than Leno as his personality is more appealing but I knew his overall popularity just wasn't at the level of Leno. Its been some years since I've paid attention and watched O'Brien and Leno so my point of view on them is mainly from the past. I'll be sure to check out the O'Brien show once he comes on fox because I know thats where hes headed. Then again O'Brien doesn't even need a show now since with his walk away pay.

Some of that is severance for the staff. But that is probably the case. Such a shame really. I didn't think he did a bad job. But it has become a joke itself. I am sure he will land a new gig by fall.

I am going to miss Conan O'Brien. NBC shouldn't have done this. O'Brien would have become more popular if NBC would have just given him a chance. Here is what I do not get, why not get rid of Jimmy Fallon? Jimmy Fallon is not funny at all, or why not get rid of Jay Leno? He can retire. Why should Conan have to go? There is just no love for Coco.

40 Million dollars to walk away! Wow! Who would be needing a job after that. Maybe if i were offered that I would take that right away then enjoy my millions each day. Ha!ha!ha! I wonder why some people like Conan could just be just too lucky!
