How can you be healthy?

I don't really know what kind foods you have to eat or how much exercise you have to do or any of that does anybody on mylot know. I need some tips on how to be healthy. Also if you know how to keep skin healthy I would love to know what you know. So share your tips with me I want to know how to be more healthy so I can live more in my life. Living is the best and I do know that I will die one day. Still I want to know how I can be healthy so that when I'm old I can be running all about and still feel very young.

Drink 2 liters of water daily and do regular exercises.You will definitely be healthy whatever you eat.I personally don't like to eat junk food and live to eat fruits instead of them.Go organic as far as possible to get rid of diseases.Hope that the information is useful to all.For skin to be healthy drink more water.

me and my husband used to eat a lot of vegetables, drink/eat fresh fruits and we do biking altogether early in the morning as our exercise. i'm not used with a tea, but my husband do, he take it as a water while i do coffee and cream most of the time. i think this all makes us both healthy, so far we don't have any pains yet with our age 32 & 28 we are as healthy as the bull! and oh we do massage before sleep to relax the muscles.
fruits and vegetables makes good skin flawless, just take it regularly! hope this share, happy lotting",)

Well of course exercise, eating the right foods are important.. but it all roots out from determination and balance. Why do you want to keep fit? Is it only because you want to get thin? That;s vanity.. if you're purpose is to live longer to serve people longer and to be with the ones you love, you're purpose will be much more deeper therefore you'll have more reason to keep yourself healthy by eating the right amount of foods.
Also, balance is important in everything. Temperance is the key :) God says we should eat the right amount of food but he doesn't say that meats are prohibited. So in everything, there should always be balance :)
Also don't be an emotional eater because research says it makes you fatter. :) Only think of happy thoughts while eating.. God says "When you drink, eat or whatever you do; do it all for God's glory"
Remember, we should eat to live, not live to eat.. =) It's all should be in the mind (mind over body) and everything will follow :)

try to be a vegetarian. or a semi vegetarian. eat more of fruits and vegetables and stay away from junk foods and fast food chains. they are loaded with carcinogenic substances that may cause cancer if your immune system is weak. and most importantly, don't forget to drink your vitamins!

eat as many food groups as you can as we all need a big variety of food within our diets even fatty foods.
Plenty of portions of veg though and fruits.
As for exercise you really don't need to do anything special just try and walk for at least 20 mins everyday to a point where you are nearly out of breathe and that will give you a good cardio work out
if you want to develope muscle tone then you need to be doing more rigorous press up and exercises such as that.

There are a lot of ways to keep healthy. One way is to watch what we eat. Poper nutrition and diet are crucial to good health. Another good way is to get good exercise. Our bodies need so much for good health. It is up to us to manage that.

There can be a lot of ways to keep our body healthy and beautiful. First of all, we should always keep a well-balanced diet which includes vegetables and fruits. It would also be better for us to drink milk before and after going to bed to keep our teeth and bones strong, and to keep our skin youthful too. Another thing is to exercise regularly for about 15-20 minutes each day. Sleeping is also another factor for health maintenance. A person should have at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day to regain the energy that was lost after a busy and tiring day. drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day may also help us to keep our body and skin in good condition since it helps in cleansing our internal organs by removing wastes away from our body. I hope these information I have shared can somehow help you gain more knowledge about healthy living.

Eat fresh and healthy food. Our body only need carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals. You can acquire this from eating fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating meat. Here in our country, food supplements are famous for maintaining health. I have been using ganoderma as my food supplement for years. You can research about it. About exercise, walking 30mins a day is good to your health. There are so many things that you can do to maintain your health.
