I've been considering it myself. But I've looked on the website and whatnot, do you need to pay for the books that they send you? Or do you get them for free? Goodluck!!

You do have to pay for the books, but they're really cheap. There are some free things that you can order through this site. You also get things at a discounted price. This is how you make the money.

Good luck to you too. It'll take some time, but any extra money is good money.

Today I learned that Avon isnt just about recruiting friends and family and getting them to buy the products. Aparently it's possible to become an agent for them. can u give me some more information about how it works?

I'm actually going to get my training tomorrow afternoon. I should know more then. You can definitely become one of their reps.

I do not think you will be able to pay all your bills only with the avon representative job... maybe if you have many client and you get promoted then yes why not you can make a living from it.. I am a representative also but I do not earn very much ( i earn and I have 20 client and more but I can't say its even half of my main job salary )

that's a good way to earn because im a natasha rep. as well and know the business system well, but be careful though, sell it only to your well-known friends, so that there will be no run-away customers because im a victim as well by these monsters who ordered products and runaway. For walk-ins, try to get identifications like cedula, T.I.N id numbers, driver's license numbers etc. good luck and congrats to you, my friend!

Good luck! I've known a few people to give a whirl and they did it a few years til they got burned out. Plus, in many states pyramid companies are illegal even if it's just Avon....

Awesome way to be. If you make more money when you build your team, then it is network marketing, and if you are doing that I would love to share some awesome skills with you. Fortunenow.com and mlmguidanceebook.info Are both wonderful resources, I wish you all the best in your venture, I would also suggest that you write a letter to as many people as you can come up with addresses for telling them you started in Avon and why, and how they can order, and the benefits of it, you will find a sample letter in the free for beginners section of fortunenow.com Cheers.

I did a very short stint in being an Avon saleswoman, but it didn't work out for me. In our area, there are far too many Avon Ladies and not nearly enough customers. So, I gave that one up rather quickly. However, now I am doing Tupperware and I love it. There are far fewer consultants and a bigger customer base. I will go ahead and warn you that in order to bring in enough to pay for your utilities, it is going to take a lot of hard work.
