Iam so torn with these two addictions

I dont know which one takes up more of my time but lately its been club pogo. 
I usually try and keep at least one discussion going here because if I dont I sometimes cant find enough to keep me going. First thing I do every morning is check out things on mylot.Its good if I have something going here so I can flit back and forth and return the favor when people respond. that usually takes up halph my day. 
But lately I've been way to busy with my addiction to Club pogo. every wednesday there are 2 challenges for badges. I get mine in a couple of days depending on how challenging they are. then i go to my daughters and work on hers since she doesnt have internet right now and its aggravating to get behind.. then, i have a friend that calls me up almost every week and asks me to one of hers that she cant get done and i cant resist. plus i surf around their site to make sure i dont miss any free tokens and my son just got club pogo for xmas!! sometimes he asks me could i do one of his
So, as a result I find myself wanting to get done to go back to mylot. OR wanting to get done here to go back and finish something on pogo. These 2 sites have become like dope to me. uuggg!! what amI going to do? Tonight we had a big storm earlier. for the first time it knocked out the internet for a few hours. I paniced. my son said "mom, you used to love to read. why not do that?" I do still read some but i was worried how long this would be off. He got it up running again and now im happy. So, are you addicted to any other site that tares you away from mylot for longer then you like?

Me too ! Im addicted to playing rummy online and I really enjoy the game. We can play with 2 or 4 players and its stimulating. I too very often neglect mylot because of this. I now do make it a point to reply to discussions by my friends as far as I can, and then go back to playing rummy. Its a bad addiction, I know and can fully understand why you feel lost without the internet. Good luck in your pogo club. Cheers.1 person likes this

they've really got me with the battleship game here lately. and yesterdays challenge of the everyone wins bingo, is also one of my favorites.

Hahaha! Guess what I'm doing tonight? I'm bouncing back and forth between Pogo and myLot. Working on hubbies Turbo badge. I do a few survey sites, but the rest of my online time is split between here, Pogo and the Club.Live games. Club.Live has a few word games that I really like, although they don't have chat. Isn't it terrible when the power is off? We don't very often lose it from storms (thankfully), but every so often the power company is working at rewiring some of the poles, so it's off for a while. Drives me crazy...like theres nothing to do except housework or reading.

What a horrible thought! It borrow books from the library a lot, but I reserve them online...I wouldn't even be able to do that. Housework would be out too, since vacuums, laundry and cooking all use power. It's close to spring, I guess I'd have to play in my garden all the time. And it's not a big garden..

a lot of times i do that, pop between mylot and pogo. heaven help me if i ever get addicted to another site i do read when im outside smoking. so im getting caught up with all my old books. its nice when 2 in a household are on pogo. you can do each others badges that you are unable to complete or dont like even better though if you each have a seperate pc, like myself and my son. I've been SO addicted to Battleship on pogo. i play the computers and its surprising how dumb they are im almost through all the ranks.

Hiya bunnybon,
Afraid not I have to adhere to my work situation on here first otherwise I would not be able to write on here anymore.
My work situation is attending to my Husbands job affairs and the House too.
This is just something that I have to leave a short time for although I can get a bit carried away like everyone else. Right now I have to write a few letters so have to finish on this note. By the way I was watching a bit of the Ice Skating yesterday the Europeans I mean and it looks pretty good for the Winter Olympics that´s if I get to see any of it. Plushenko is back and how he really stamped his trademark yesterday.
Icedancing Russians were very good but I loved the two British Couples they were in a class and style of their own. Have to go now enjoy your Pogo what is Club Pogo? Not exactly sure about that one.

its an online game site. not good for much but a great entertainment. you can play for free but i prefer the club there as its so much more fun. glad your skater is doing so well.

Well what matters most is if you enjoy what you are doing whatever it may be. I prefer offline games but I do like the ones like the Playstation not that I get much chance for that either. Watched a teeny weeny bit of skating fantastic.

oh i've been there back when there wasnt a club yet. it was all free. back 10yrs i guess when it first started. then i became a club member in 2003, i think thats when it first started. im wildthing29fl on there. i exchanged profiles with my daughter back in '05 because she got tired of guys flirting with her because of the name

I have five sites that are bookmarked as five tabs to all load at once, in "bookmark these tabs".. two of my own blogs, mylot, facebook and myspace.. so yes I stay quite busy and should be on mylot more!

I used to love ebay when it was new but now you cant sell(at least i cant)anything on there for more then a couple of bucks and cant buy anything worth while. i dont know how you profer there any more.

I know just what you mean. I form addictions very easily. First it was EverQuest (I've been playing that for 3 years now), then it was MyLot (I couldn't get enough of it) and now it's Facebook games. I have about 5-6 of them that I'm playing and can't seem to quit. It's worse than anything else. To be honest the only reason I'm on here right now is b/c everything is caught up in the games and I'm waiting for my health to rebuild in one...isn't that terrible?
It's also bad b/c it seems like everything else falls by the wayside...the house, tutoring, even hobbies that I like. I really need to find a handle on them.

I don't do club pogo but I do know what you mean, for me it Fairyland on Facebook, I get lost in getting gold and diamonds, animals in firends garden and snails which you get gold from, but I do Mylotting fist thing though, have fun whatever you are doing, hugs.

yes, im on facebook and people are constantly trying to pull me into those games. i just dont get it. its hard for me to figure how most of it works. at least on pogo people are nice enough to explain HOW you play. on facebook no one has even bothered. so i have enough addictions glad you have fun on there.

I have played onPogo before and it is a lot of fun..lol..I can see why you would be addicted. What do you usually olay on there? I played scrabble and poker when I was visiting. I also like the word games. I don't really have another site that keeps from myLot yet. I am on Fulltilt poker some though.

i love the monopoly world but that might be just for the club. before the club i liked the tripeakes solitaire a lot. now im a bit addicted to battle ship.

I think in the winter, we tend to stay in more, and spend more time on the computer. However, if when spring arrives, and we are still sitting here, doing the same darn thing, I would say we definitely have an addiction, and we have to get off our a*ss and get out of the house. We should not let life pass us by while we are sitting here, because we will come to regret it someday. I hope for your sake you will.
