does eating crackers really help lose weight?

I am trying not to eat as much carb these days and satisfies myself from eating crackers but one of my friends told me that it will not help. Crackers contain as much carbo as rice. Having heard that I stopped eating those crackers instead I supplement my carbo with other cereals. Do you know this? Is this true?

Hi sharlionse,I dont think so,you need a healthy lifestyle or just go to balance diet.Just lessen your foods intake and eat more veggies and fruits.Of course Exercise is very important to lose weight. Have a nice day!
