If you bet someone else that you can spend 3 billion dollar within 30 minute or if you can't do that you will have to pay him that amount, how would you do?

can you extend the time to at least 3 days? I would need to contact the persons whom I would buy what I want and need... but that is a great dream... I would buy my dream house, all the gadgets I could dream of, luxuries, insurances, lands, pay in advance recurring bills, give to charity..... Hmmmm.... what else? was I able to spend the 3 billion given to me? Hey... can I save some to different banks for future use?
