Why this happens with Pakistani Cricker?

On tuesday,in the auction of cricket players for IPL-3 ,something very bad happens with Pakistani players. No player from Pakistan was picked during the IPL'S auction on Tuesday.Why this happens them?

It because they are living with the hostile country of the region and their country has conflict with India, I guess and as far as I know, India doesn't have good relations with one of its neighbors, so how can they honor people from their neighboring countries.
