What would you do if you feel the urge at the wrong place and time?

I've been a lot through that..There were times when I feel the urge in a public vehicle and stopped by a mall just to dump out. There was also this instance when I felt it while we were endorsing our patients (lot's of them, 40) and had to excuse myself so that I could go the toilet. I think the head nurse understood because she eyed me with concern when she saw me sweating bullets.hahaha.. Have you had experiences like this? How did you deal with it?
