I need a VCC to verify my PayPal account. I have some money in my PayPal account. I want to buy a VCC using my PayPal balance.
Can you please tell me from where I can buy a VCC using my PayPal balance?

Many Indian banks issue VCC. ICICI, Kotak, SBI, HDFC,HSBC,etc. You may contact any and get it. For verification, Paypal will charge 1.95$ on your card and will return the same in your paypal account after verification. You have to confirm the 4 digit code (from your bill for charge of 1.95$)for verifiation. hope this information will be sufficcient.
