How to transfer money from one paypal account to other without fees

hi friend.you can easily send money from one paypal account to another paypal account but it is done with little fees.i had transferred lot of times like this.Firstly i was unaware due to which i paid more fees then somebody guides me on how to transfer.now i transfer with very less fees.few days back i transferred $5 and i was charged fee of $0.03 which is very less.For this please select personal payments while transferring.happy mylotting.

As said by Swati above, not always personal payment option helps you transfer fund free of cost. I think, sending funds to people residing in the same country could be made free by using that option.

try personal payments option..to get rid of fees.. in the personal payments option select payment owned. i'm using this option with no fees.

I just transfer it to my bank account, and there is no fee for that. I think for Paypal to Paypal there shouldn't be a fee, however it does depend on what type of Paypal account you have.
