if your inbox overflow with junk mails, share your experience?

We are all part and parcel of email system. Sometimes if I login to our mail account, visit my inbox, there will be hundreds of mails which are not familiar with us. The subject of the mails look very strange. Sometimes my regular mails will be mingled within these junk or spam mails. Sometime, it will be very difficult to find which mail is regular and which is spam. I get confused what i should do at this situations. Sometimes i have deleted my known mails mistakenly. Do you have such experience?

I had very big issue by the Junk mails in my Yahoo email account. I really was not able to check which is relevant to me and which is irrelevant to me and so on. But fortunately i never experienced and issues by using my Gmail account as i faced in my yahoo mail. I have completely switched off from Yahoo to Gmail. Thanks to Gmail. Well i rarely delete my mails, and i am bit lazy to do so..so it usually overflows haha.

I don't remove them anymore and I don't understand people who delete their emails. After they've signed up for a few newsletters and left their email somewhere on the web they will be spammed and you have to see their faces when they have to remove another few hundred emails.

Yea I had the same experience I had a yahoo mail account, everyday i received about hundreds of emails which were useless. I couldn't find my important emails so i deleted that account and created a new one.
