Eruption's "I can't Stand the Rain" Oran "Juice" Jones' "Walking in the Rain" Prince's "Purple Rain" The Beatles- "Rain" Bill Myers "Kiss the Rain" Blue Pearl "Naked in the Rain" The Cascades- "Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain" (it may have been a cover of this that I remember,but the Cascades have a credit,so I presume theirs is the original!) It's rain Related.."Neil" from the classic Brit Sitcom "The Young Ones" did a cover of "Hole in My shoe"!

Nobody seems to have yet mentioned Malvina Reynolds' "What have they done to the rain?" or Johnny Ray's "Just Walking in the Rain". Not a song, perhaps (or maybe a 'song without words') is Claude Debussy's "Jardins sous la pluie" ("Gardens in the rain"). November Rain is also a favoritte. There is Songs About Rain by Gary Allan,he's one of my favorite singers. Rain by Creed , there's tons of songs with rain tn the title. Good luck and hopefully the rain will stop.

Here's a few I can think of gtargirl: "I Wish It Would Rain," by The Temptations; "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head,"(I forget the artist); "A Rainy Night In Georgia," by Brook Benton(That one is a real oldie); "I Want To Go Outside In The Rain," by The Dramatics(I think); and the ever-popular "Singin' In The Rain," from the movie by Gene Kelly. I probably could come up with more if I think about it!

The first thing that immediately came to my mind is Prince's Purple Rain. Another one that I can think of is the children's song The Itsy Bitsy Spider. Singin' In the Rain (I think this is from a musical) It's Rainin' Men Raindrops Keep Fallig on my head I guess that is all that I can think of, but thanks so much for a discussion that made me think a little bit.

Kiss the Rain by Billie Myers I'm so in love with this song, I don't know why. It's a song about someone wanting to connect with her loved one badly.
