A Good wife

I am a newly wed and everyone has there opinion about what makes a good wife.. my grandmother thinks its a wife that irons everything and makes big meals, my brother thinks its a woman who will be seen and not heard and listen to everything he say. So I thought I would ask... What is your definition of a good wife or husband for that matter? Also what makes you a bad one?

everyone has different opinion about this one. for me, as I am a full time mother and also full time wife and full time worker. I think, be a good wife... you should know what is your duty, such as house work and cooking, take care of children, take care of husband, Good at Financial, Very good listener, Very good at help... anything that require for you and your husband to do ... and you always involve, then that call a Great Wife.
these are great job for a woman and I think your husband also has to be involve to do those with you too, in order to keep family happy

A good spouse is one that will share equally in day to day activities. The both should be responsible for laundry, meals, taking care of household chores, keeping the kids, etc. A good spouse needs to know when to listen and when to offer suggestions without being demanding. In order to have a successful marriage you will need to know how to give and take.
