The title says it all. What bands have you seen in person? The only one I've seen, not counting the opening bands whose names I forgot, is Owl City. I saw them on Halloween day. It was pretty sweet.

ACK! COLOR ME RED!
I did not mean to publish the same 1,000,000 responses to this question, but it kept blanking out on me!
What do I do? Write admin for help to delete?

Thanks. I just did the same thing. Think they'll get the message?

I have seen a decent amount of bands live. I will try naming all the ones I can remember, because two of the concerts I have been to were big festivals (one being Warped Tour in 2007 and the other being Live 8 Canada). I have seen Incubus, Sparta, System Of A Down, The Mars Volta, Bad Acid Trip, Our Lady Peace, Tom Cochrane, Simple Plan, Motley Crue, Deep Purple, Aerosmith with Run DMC, Neil Young, The Tragically Hip, Gordon Lightfoot, Bruce Cochburn, African Guitar Summit, Hawthorne Heights, A Static Lullaby, Killswitch Engage, Paramore, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Poison The Well, Cute Is What We Aim For, Chiodos, Emery, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, The Devil Wears Prada, Radiohead, Grizzly Bear, LoveHateHero, Emmure, ABACAB, Terror, Winds Of Plague, Stone Temple Pilots, and Our Lady Peace again. Im also going to see Our Lady Peace in March, so that will make it my third time seeing them. I know I am forgetting some bands and of course all the local bands Ive seen but thats a good chunk of them :)

I'm showing my age with my answer, but I've seen Herman's Hermits, The Who, Jethro Tull, The Moody Blue, and some other lesser known bands that I've forgotten.

I have seen a lot of famous local bands here in the Philippines like Urbandub and Sandwich but if you are asking for international bands, I did see a Jars of Clay concert once. It was a pretty fun concert and it was a memorable night for some girl in the audience because her boyfriend proposed to her that night on stage. It wasn't the typical rock concert because Jars of Clay is a Christian band but I was still singing and dancing along to their songs which makes it a pretty memorable concert for me.

I work as a stagehand so not only have I've seen many bands and artists in person (rock, country, rap), I've helped load in and set up their equipment and sets and load them out. After 11 years, the list is pretty extensive.
