Hello, Esjosh:-) It is really hard to tell since we, women, have different understanding and preference of what is romantic. A candle light might be romantic to some, or rose petals with smooth jazz music can also be dreamy for others. A sunset along the beach or just a plain walk to the park under the moonlight can also be breath taking. I'd rather suggest that you must know what she likes and prefers. Does she loves flowers? What particular flower is that? Music, perhaps? Or a romantic place she wants to go... Ask her without giving her a hint that you are about to propose to her. Word of advice, though, whatever you do and wherever you go, do not overdo anything. Your girl must be the apple of your eye on that day.;-) Goodluck .:-)

There's no proven and perfect way to propose. Just be confident, tell her what you really feel about her. Make her feel special. Tell her that you love her and that you ask nothing more. If she refuses you, be polite tell her that you'll wait and that you'll work to be a better person just for her. It works wonders you know. You really don't need a romantic scenery, you just need the confidence.

Hope you have beautifull parks or mountains there. I personally would suggest: Pack a nice picnic basket, all of her favourates. Make sure to tell her before hand that you have an outing planned for the day. Treat her with all the nice goodies, you have packed and then you pop the big question. Make sure you have everything ready and your words should be somewhat poetic. You do not have to be a poet to tell her how you feel. Do not forget a nice valentine,s present, as well.
