Do you know where your name came from?

Well, my name was given to me by my parents.By the way, my name is ALEXANDER. I didnt ask my parents where they get it. Then later, after reading some of my father's note, i know the reason why my father gave it to me. I learned that my father's favorite subject is history. I think that all of us know ALEXANDER THE GREAT.And after that I assume that my father want me to be the best like ATG.

My aunt gave it to me she suggested a name that sounds here name. She gave me two names to me but sometimes I wish I only have one. Me and my siblings name don't start in the same letter.

Yes, I know. My name was given by a unkown grandmother. My father told me that after my birth, he had a dream. In that dream, a grandmother told him that to name me my corrent name and also gave a name to my brother. At that time, we still didn't know that there would be my brother. My father thought it as a hint and the names are pretty good so I had the name from a dream.

My parents wanted my name to start with a V since my brother's does. Both are Russian communist's names, because my parents lived in that era in our country's history where communist ideals were very very appealing :)

Mine is Rachelle. and my mom chose the name. It came from a dr. friend of hers that moved to Montana..my dad agreed because his name was Ray...so it kinda goes! I believe that it means an ewe or female sheep. I've always thought it was french, but in the baby names dictionary-it's showing as hebrew.
