Zero investments means you invest zero in term of monetary.
And zero investment means you can take the risk because you have nothing to loss.
Plan
January 0.00 dollars in my account.
December 100.00 dollars in my account.

First step:
Learn and understand how PTC, HYIP and Paying Forum works.

Join PTC and paying forum.
Promote that PTC to get lots of referrals and also try to be active in paying forum. Theirs a paying forum for hyip also.

Second step:
In three months you have enough money to invest in hyip and ptc.
Try to invest 50% in ptc and 50% in hyip.
How to build your hyip porfolio;
The rule of investment in hyip is hit and run! That means cashout all your interest and live the initial deposit to earn money for you.
If your already ROI invest back the 25% of the interest you get. invest the 50% interest to open another hyip account and cashout the other 25% its your earnings.
You can chance the percentage to your own liking.
Always remember, hit and run. quantity is still better than quality.

Now in PTC
Right now after three months you must have already 30 ptc or more.
Try to check which ptc is more stable and have good rented referral average.
Invest and upgrade to golden. If they have 6 months promo the better. Also try to buy 100 rented referrals and see to it that you can buy another 100 rented referrals. After that 60-40 rules. That means after buying your second rented referrals after a week or every week after that split your earnings into 60-40 60% will be cashout an 40% will be reinvested to buy additional rented referrals.

Third Step:
Evaluate your situation.
Do ptc still earning?
Do hyip still earning?
What is the strength and the weakness of your strategy?
Always look for a way to improve your earnings.
and in the 12th month you can see that you have 100 dollars in your alertpay or in your paypal.

Guys what do you think of my battle plan for this year?
I earn 15 dollars a month in paying forums that I joined.
and some I invested in hyip who has 1 dollar minimum and has 1 to 40% a day interest.
Some are invest in ptc buying rented referrals. (Take advantage of just open site. Take a risk. Some gives free upgrade if you are a pioneer).

LOL Poker? yeah I kinda know what sites your are going to promote. They give you those free 50$ bankroll to play. The you have to reach certain points to obtain the 50$ though if your good in playing poker you might end it up 1000$ but yeah still takes longer and worst you get emotionally unstable due to losses, bad lucks, etc.. I did however get mine doubled up. lol. it was fun but i dont really recommend it.

And I been a member of that site too.
And to be honest you need to be a crook to earn in that site.
Cheaters are the best rewarded.
How long have you been a member in their?
And don't count your referral points how much did you earn in their?
It just a waste of time if you really don't enjoy poker.
I have 5 poker sites and I'm active playing on it.
I know the in and out. But to win you need to be wise in a bad way.

If you want an honest earning earn it honestly not in gambling.
Poker for me is a hobby but once you play for money then its a habit. A bad one.

Sure, if you like to pass a test, just one week, you can earn $100-300 basic or more, but must work hard, try to do the best... from 0 to start, no deposit, they will give $2000 to do, it's very easy. you should have a paypal acccount or 1-pay account to get your return payment.

Wow nice. But I'm done with testing. And earning about 100 to 300 dollars in what? Per post? Per task? and they give 2000 dollars to do what?

Its so nice to be true and if that is true then it could be the news of the year.
Just wondering did you try it? Did you receive the 2000 dollars without depositing?

I think its not only me who is interested in that site of yours.
I heard a lots of site who offer lots more than that even 100 dollars an hour income.
And is it achievable? Yes it is. But What is the percentage of achieving it.
Let just say an odd like lottery one in a billion chance.

Your plans seems quite good, at the same time, we face a lot of problems in Liberty Reserve. Most of the HYIP sites give the payment in Liberty Reserve only, and I feel this site is not so honest as paypal. Others alert pay, which is another site, which is not quite good as paypal. As long as a site gives payment through paypal, one can safely invest in those sites. The sites which promote alertpay or Liberty reserve cannot be trusted

You are right its pure risk to have does two but without risk were nothing.
We need risk to achieve our goal.
But we must know how to minimize risk and how to tame the risk.
At first I have same feeling with Liberty reserve.
Everything you do has a fee.
But now I just accept the fact that its how things work.
If you want to be successful in hyip you need liberty reserve.
And as long you follow hyip strategy in making money you earn.

Well whilst from first glances your strategy appears to be solid, and when your sole goal is to earn money with zero investment it's a very good idea to have a strategy on how you are going to achieve it. But I would question where your focus is as I know that you could make a lot more on here from myLot and that would be just through your own endeavors not with the aid of referrals.
I would suggest examine a few more options on where to start earning before commiting to the strategy as you may be choosing the wrong one.

Its hard to start but once you have momentum its easy.
Its took me a year to be starting.
But now I earn 20 dollars a month.
Not bad for being zero earner for a year.
Its all trial and error.
The more trial the less the error.

thank you. Right now I have 30 dollars earning. Not bad only 70 dollars to go.
I think I can achieve it much more faster than I hope.
And that 30 dollars is in my paypal to stay.
I earn more than that this month but as long its not in my paypal account I don't consider it as an income.
