If you live in Shanghai, you will find it is soooooo expensive to own your house here. The housing price costs almost 20000 RMB (3000 USD) per m2. Actually, not only in Shanghai, but also in some big cities in China such as Beijing, Guangzhou, the housing cost is terrible. The family who want to purchase an apartment must pay the their all savings or apply for a credit of large amount. What is the situation in your country?

If you earn 5000USD or even more per month it should not be a problem to buy a house which price is 3000USD per square. But most of people in Shanghai their annual pay is only 5000USD, that is the problem in.

Yes, I have heard an economic theory. 80% of the poverty belongs to 20% of the people all over the world. But how about the other 80% of the people? I think the goverment must take the measure to improve the housing situation. Housing is one of the most important thing of our life. All of us want to have our own apartment. Not really? But how can we take the credit life long only to purchase this apartment. It's nonsense!
