hmmm... i just love the smell of the lemon grass and ginger when i saute them with onion and garlic as a start in making soup with meat or chicken plus the vegetables.
do you use lemon grass and garlic in your dishes? if so, when do you add them? do you saute them, too?
for cooking's sake, please be kind to share your cooking views. i'll be glad reading them. thank you.

I use lemon grass and ginger plus lots of onions on my soups, oh! it tastes heavenly! I always do this when someone in the family catches colds and flu. I also add some beef and cabbage for a delicious soupy beef and vegetables.

Hi, Cheiyen. I use garlic seasoning in my foods when I cook. I will use this on my chicken. I think that I may have lemon grass in on my seasonings. But, I don't know which one that it is in. But, I have never bought lemon grass seasoning just alone though. I don't have ginger as an seasoning alone either. I do have plenty of ginger tea though.
