I use Malwarebytes. You can get a free download, which you need to scan yourself manually everyday, or you can buy it, and it will scan for you. If you do the free download, you'll at least get rid of the virus or malware that is affecting your computer. Here's the link and I have no affiliation with this site...www.malwarebytes.com, and good luck! You can also use this alongside your virus protection if you choose to do so.

Are you using your computer right now? In the other discussion you said you can't connect to the internet, so I'm confused. If you can download the malwarebytes, do it. Then you will be able to scan your computer and get rid of the virus 2010.

Simply Format Your Hard-drive & Reinstall Windows. If Your PC infected its useless for you to Install Any Anti virus & Antispyware. Because the Strong Virus Don't allowed your Anti virus To working properly.

I tried to reformat and reinstall windows yesterday but the thing is I cant connect to the internet. You know I am not good into fixing pc.

Hi Niah1976, I will agree with Tushavi. Much better you must reformat your pc in order to get rid of all viruses and spyware. And next time do install anti-virus and anti-spyware to prevent pc infection. And must up-to-date. ^_^
