Don't you hate early morning phone calls on the weekend?

It is Saturday, and it is my day of rest, without getting up early. And last night, I really went to bed late, around 4:00 A.M. in the morning. I would like to stay in bed for a little bit longer without interruption. Unfortunately, this morning, my cellphone ringing off its hook early in the morning around 9:00 A.M. I took a look at the number, it shown unknown. I answer it, and it was from some company I don't even heard of it. I simply shut off my phone without answer to that operator further question.
I was curious how they got my cell number. I already cancel my landline service to avoid them. Now, with this unknown number, it just bother me a lot. Hopefully, I won't receive any of these calls anymore.

Hi there kingparker!
I do hate early morning phone calls especially during the weekends. Unfortunately, it happens a lot. But unlike you, I receive calls from KNOWN numbers. Most of the time, the call is about an emergency meeting or something like that. It can be very annoying.

I make a point of it too turn on the silent mode of our phones, every friday night. I am a very light sleeper, so if anyone really need to reach me, i will be awake as soon as it start vibrating. At least there isn,t any ringing that wakes me up. So, just either turn it off or put it on silent? No one likes to be phones awake, that can upset anyones day.

ooh that happen to me a couple of time too. Out of nowhere these unknown companies came you, annoying. They call me at like 5a.m in the morning and i went to bed at 3a.m. I was not in the mood to get up but unfortunately i was too impatient to wait and let them hang up so i got up very angry. Not much a morning person.
