This thread is quite simple, just say what you do almost everyday without thinking about it. For me, almost everyday when I get home I grab a can of pop out of the fridge. I do it even if I'm not particularly thirsty, I just grab one as I walk by.

Hi there Jet3010! If there is one thing I do almost everyday that won't require much of the mental exercise, it would be drinking coffee. It's like a routine that it's nothing I have to plan for. I just end up getting my mug and preparing coffee for myself. By the way, welcome to myLot Jet3010! Enjoy your stay in this wonderful site.

Thanks for the welcome. My brother does a similar thing with always turning the TV on in the morning before breakfast, sometimes he doesn't even watch it.

Hi. When I wake up every morning, I automatically switch the radio ON. It has been a morning habit without failure. After that, I would go on with the rest of my other morning routines.

I normally will head into the bathroom at certain times of the day even if I don't have to. Sometimes I don't know what my body's going to do, so I'd rather not tempt the fates. But, I don't really know most of my actions I think about doing before doing them. Its rare I'll do something and not know what it is I'm doing or why I've done it.

I suppose another way of putting it is, what my usual routines are. Here it goes. Every morning after I wake up and get washed, I will make myself a cup of nice hot coffee. When I get back home after work, I will get changed, eat my dinner, and then start to read the newspapers. Up next is shower time. And then from about 8pm to 9pm I will be coaching my kids on their schoolwork. After they go to sleep, I will turn on my laptop and start to do the usual stuff - reading emails, news, etc. Of course, dropping by myLot to see what's up there.

get dressed what else. without clothes on everything else will pale. he he. no really since I lay out what I wish to wear the next day I just automatically dress without thinking oh I am putting on my shoe,my sock, my skirt etc. then comb my hair, switch on the computer boot up, and away we go. walk downstairs to the dinningroom with the other Gold Crest residents and start my day. got to have those clothes on first though.

I really like this discussion! I like your mentality- I wouldn't of came up with a question like this on my own - thats for sure. Anyway, back to the subject: Well, here's my list: 1. I clean my room naturally before bed.. (: 2. I go to Mosque everyday (Its actually a Jamatkhana) 3. I check if my birds have food every morning, not even realizing.. :P

I usually shower, eat and sleep or tinkering with computers without a cause. I flipped the page and buy something like snack. I see there is food on the table, I took and did not want to know who has have that food. After I throw in any place, and after I realized that I pick the garbage and throw it in the trash.

Everyday I overslept and then rush to my class. When I came back home I would reach for my avr and then I would forget about the time until I realize that it was already 1am.
